Past

In the past few years, Derrick and Chris, along with their families have been passionate about revitalizing their hometown. In 2015 they bought a delinquent apartment building and began repairs! In the past 5 years, Hulsey Properties has remodeled commercial buildings and brought many new businesses to our Downtown District.

Present

Main Street Park Hills now has a coffee shop, ice cream shop, craft brewery, beauty shop, magic shop, barbershop, medical spa, offices and many new lofts and apartments. The efforts began with one building and quickly the community began to bring Park Hills back to life.

Future

The future of Hulsey Properties includes revitalizing the old Bonne Terre Plaza. Renovation on the plaza has begun and new businesses are beginning to sign on to make this landmark a bustling retail plaza again. Buildings on Main Street Park Hills are still being remodeled and Hulsey Properties is looking for more businesses to bring to our downtown!
